“Results is the best individualized group training that I have ever been to!!! They provide specific assistance for each person in their class. Classes are set up to build on each other and can be for any athletic level, with modifications for each exercise to make it easier or harder and to assist with any injuries. They provide a weekly informative brief prior at the beginning of your session to help educate you on when you are not in boot camp. Assessments are provided to help track your progress or to develop an attack plan. They provide a fun environment where everyone wants to push themselves just a little harder. “Mind over matter”. The group setting is very helpful to provide encouragement and accountability. Highly recommended!!!!”
