The majority of our members use this in addition to the regular groups. They come once or twice a month to test and track progress or when they need that extra push! We have some that have transferred over to doing this twice a week and then regular group sessions.
Some of our newer members use this to transition to the regular groups. We have quite a few who have transferred from personal training and notice no difference at all……..It is personal training!! There is so much more we can do in the small group setting!
THE COST is a more than group but less than personal training. $25.99 per session with no contract. We even have some that pay $200 per month and get 8 semi private session and 4 group sessions per month! This is all session to session or month to month. You pay for what you get and don’t lose sessions!
