Exercise and Mental Health
Back to Normal?
Are you still waiting for things to go back to normal? Are you using COVID to delay your goals before you get yourself back on track?
I remember being forced to shut down my studio exactly a year ago. I had to make the best of a bad situation. And no one was coming to my rescue. Because If I sat around and did nothing, we would not have survived. And that wasn’t an option. We had to make some changes and adapt.
Waiting for normal, doing nothing, will ruin your health. Now there are a lot of people with very serious health issues that may have been prevented if they took some sort of action. Because they were waiting for normalcy or the perfect time to start and it never came.
This may seem grim, but it’s reality.
Hopefully, this serves as a wakeup call for some, to get their health back on track. Do nothing, and your health declines. No other way around this fact.
I know things are not the same. But you will not be the same either if you decide to wait until things are “normal”
However, if you can get back to your normal fitness level or even surpass it think about how much better life would be. Your body and state of mind would be healthier.
I applaud those who have continued to push themselves in difficult times. And I’m here to help those who might need a nudge in the right direction. I know it’s hard, but the hard work will be worth it.

It can be fun, flexible, and affordable:
We work with busy professionals who want to be healthy and get in shape. We don’t work with bodybuilders who are trying to compete on stage. That’s why we have workouts that include strength, mobility, cardio, balance, and flexibility all in a 45 minute period.
It’s not your traditional boring treadmill and machine workout. Our program is much easier to maintain and not painful on the joints.
We also teach you what to do when you’re working out alone on off days, or without assistance. And unlike most gyms, we structure our billing so you only pay for what you get. You don’t pay for the days you aren’t here.
We offer payment options by the session, month to month, or punch passes to give busy people like you an easy and stress-free way to get started.
