Breaking News- Life isn’t easy. Crazy stuff WILL happen. You will go through life seasons where it feels like you have no time to exercise and prepare healthy meals. 

Things will  pop up EVERY single time you plan to make a major improvement to your health. Maybe it’s a minor injury, your kids have 90 million activities, or you are working 60+ hour weeks.

We must prepare for these crazy life seasons by having flexible exercise programs that fit your lifestyle. We do a great job of this at Results Performance Training. We help you set and adjust goals. We help you stay focused. 

We take the time to understand your budget, schedule, current life situation, and design a program that is all about YOU. 

During your crazy life season, stopping your exercise routine seems like the only option. But It should never be considered. We know exercise will help you manage  stress and make you more productive. It’s about WAY more than losing a few pounds. If you stop exercising and eating healthy you will see every area of your life go backwards. 

When things are going great, you might be able to push a little harder with your routine. More sessions? Longer sessions? More aggressive goals? Yes, these things are possible during some life seasons. Take advantage of these periods whenever they come around. 

When the crazy life season arrives, focus on doing something, anything! Perfectionists usually do badly if they don’t have a coach. They are the all or nothing people who end up doing nothing.   

Instead of thinking you must do that full hour of exercise when you are busy, do what you can with the time you have. As personal trainers, we can design programs that allow you to get more out of less time. We will help you find ways to add activity throughout your day. 

Hire a trainer to help if you are struggling to workout with minor injuries. We approach things with a team approach. We work with your therapist, doctors, and other professionals to keep you going. 

Have a professional give you ideas for ways to prepare healthy meals when you are busy. Stay away from being on and off diets. 

Some seasons you will need to add in more recovery, or even take more time off. Focusing on lower intensity activity and more walks might be what some of you need.
