EAT! Are you really focused!

When I wake up in the morning, I say it’s time EAT! It has nothing to do with Breakfast. This newsletter has nothing to do with nutrition or exercise. It has everything to do with reaching your fitness goals, or any goal.

I control these things. I choose to focus on things I can control. Forget the rest. 

You would think with a business name like Results, we are obsessed with Results. We get results for our members, but it’s more than that.

Effort – Are you really working hard enough to reach your goals? Are you consistent enough to reach your goals? If the answer is no, stop complaining over your lack of results. 

It’s not enough to work hard. You have to be consistent. You have to work smart. This is where having a trainer helps. We hold you accountable. 

We develop the plan to help you save time trying to figure it out. We also prevent the “go hard or go home” mentality, that leads to getting injured all the time. 

Positive attitude- You will accomplish nothing with a negative attitude. A major part of our success is putting you around a bunch of positive people. If you do group, the other members become like a second family. The group and trainers will offer support and hold you accountable.  

Positive Thinking – This takes a lot of work, but it is required for success. Take a step back and think about your thinking. You will be surrounded by negative thoughts and people whenever you are going after a goal. People who do not want to see you change. 

Surround yourself with positive people who will not allow you to make excuses. Focus on positive things, and positive things will happen to you. We help you change those negative thoughts that are holding you back.  

If you are looking for a typical gym experience, we are not the place for you. We coach. We are not just trainers.
