5:00 AM to 8:30 PM (By Appointment) for personal training. We have set Semi-private times and then some small groups of 2 to 6 create their own times, whenever. How do I pay online?
Step 1: Go to https://clients.
Step 2: Go to the “My Info” Tab
Step 3: Click “Edit” next to “Billing Information”
Step 4: Update your billing
Step 5: Respond to this email to let us know you are ready to be billed for the product or service you chose during the call/consultation.

How do I send over food log for review?
The majority of people just record their food log for a week and send a regular email. Some have apps they send over. Some even write it and leave at the studio. So whatever works best for you!
How do I purchase shirts, foam rollers, and ebooks/products?
You can pick up your shirts at the studio and send over an email so that we can bill online. We also accept Cash and check at the studio. The information about the ebooks can be found on the blog portion of our site!
How do I bring a friend?

How do I pick up my free anniversary shirt?
