Most people have no plan when they walk in the gym! Or they hop around between  fad workouts/gyms. They are  looking for faster results,  but end up getting injured or burned out. Starting off motivated, only to lose steam. Starting and stopping, over and over again. You hear the latest study, get confused, and quit! More cardio? More strength training? High reps or low reps?

Failing to plan, is planning to fail. Sweating the details so much, you give up before breaking a sweat! The truth is you are an INDIVIDUAL! I don’t believe in throwing someone in a group without knowing anything about them! We have to dial in these things below….

Workout intensity – Sitting  on an exercise machine is not doing much! Yeah, sitting down! Like you don’t already do that for the other  23 hours of the day! The “beat down” session promoted by the next fad gym, is too much! Workout intensity will change ,as you change! Start off too fast and you will go nowhere, fast!

Workout frequency – It depends on the person. It depends on the intensity. It depends on the goal! It depends on the type of workouts. I don’t believe in making generic claims for everyone !First, Get someone who has been doing nothing  to 2 or 3 times per week. They will notice a huge difference! I can’t stand these places promoting “hell week.” Taking someone new to exercise from 0 to 100, real quick, is NEVER a good idea.

Recovery – If you can not recover from the workout , you get nothing from it! Prioritize sleep, managing stress, and have a professional plan all of this for you!

Find the right exercises FOR YOU! – There is no magic exercise! Don’t believe people who say you will  burn a gajillion calories after their special workout! Some exercises are more effective than others. This is what we discuss at the FREE CONSULTATION. YOUR PLAN! We are able to keep you SAFE! Most places can’t even do that!
