I am reading a great book called “The Gap and the Gain” and the  quote above resonated with me. Like most of you, I have lofty life goals. Sometimes it can be depressing thinking about how far you still have to go. 

Taking a step back to see how far you have come, having gratitude, will set you up for more success. You will be much happier! 

Every circumstance is either a Gap or Gain moment. You are in the Gap every time you measure yourself against the ideal. Being in the Gain means you measure yourself backward, against where you were before. 

Measuring yourself against your ideal body (that is probably photoshopped) is never a good idea. When you are in the GAIN your life is based on actions and results.  These are things that help you stay present, help you get results.

You are what you focus on. One of the things we do best at RPT is getting you re-focused. It’s easy to fall off track when life is stressful and you have no clue where to start. We provide guidance and surround you with an amazing support group!
