Am I going to tell someone who has not worked out before to do a burpee? ..No!
Am I going to tell someone who has not worked out in a year or 10 to start with 6 workouts a week.. NO
Am I going to force everyone into the same program regardless of schedule and budget?.. NO!
Am I going to have someone with a lower body injury jump up and down and do plyo day? NO!
Am I going to use the same techniques to motivate every single person in the room? NO!
The programs that throw a bunch of people in a room and have them all do the same thing do not work! The diet program that claims to work for everyone does not work!
