Never say this!

Please stop saying “I have to get in shape before I start working with a personal trainer.” 

Sadly, I think I know why so many people say this. Recently we have seen lots of trainers pushing people too hard, too early. First, You need to build a foundation.

If your trainer has you jumping on boxes, or doing some crazy intense exercise on day 1, run away. There is a reason so many people are getting injured and burned out from exercise programs. Some are fun and exciting, but they have no long term plan for progression. 

A good trainer will do the consultation first. Take the time to know more about your previous exercise history, injury history, goals, budget, schedule, everything. Especially in a group training environment! 

We work with all fitness levels! We take the time to know your individual goals. We find the best service for YOU! We have a lot of members who transition between all 3 services. They do 1 on 1 first, then work towards semi- private or Group Training.
