There are no shortcuts.
Quick fixes donāt exist.
You have to show up for yourself every day and do something that will move you closer to your goals.
Notice that I said you need to do āsomething ā¦ā
NotĀ everything.
It could be something as simple as prepping some veggies in the morning so theyāre ready to pop in the oven at dinner time.
It could be a few push-ups, planks, squats or a walk during your lunch break.
Or drinking enough water ⦠not sometimes, but EVERY DAY.
Donāt be the person whoās always jumping from one workout plan or diet to the next, trying to find the magic bullet.
Be the person who stays the course and trusts the process.
The fastest way to get where you want to go is one step at a time.
Make sure you are following an intelligent plan with progressions in place. I see so many places having members go from doing nothing to 6 HIIT style workouts per week. This never works out well in the long run. Just leads to burnout and injuries.

We have a new program that will make strength training simple in 3 to 5 sessions. You will get a program designed specifically for you. Your goals, busy schedule, previous injuries,Ā equipment you have access to, everything.
We make sure your technique is perfect and you can even video your trainer with your phone as they take you through your program! We make sure you have a program you can use for life!
Our goal is to make you independent, not dependent, on us. Of course we will add enough value with this program so you end up coming back to us at some point :)Ā
This is NOT for our circuit training style sessions! We do this program in our 1 on 1, or in some cases,Ā our semi private style training.
