You see articles like top exercises for ______. You can enter any body part, goal, age bracket, whatever. They’re all over the internet.

But there’s just one problem

Most of it isn’t practical! There are a gazillion different diet and exercise plans. Lots of them will give you a decent workout. Some will hurt you, some are incredibly confusing, and many promise results today. That’s why most people hop around from plan to plan, trying to find the “perfect” plan. When in reality, the majority of the information is useless.

The Solution

Take steps to execute a good plan today. Don’t worry about finding the perfect plan that always starts in the future. Remember, stay in the moment and focus on progress, not perfection.

Step 1: Find the smallest thing you can do to make progress!

Do it today! Most people set goals like lose 20lbs or do 10 more push-ups. Find the formula to lose one pound, then stay consistent with it. That’s the key.

It could be as simple as just stepping into the gym three times a week. You know that when you get there, you’ll have to exercise. But by simplifying your goal and making it process oriented instead of outcome oriented, you’ll make progress. It will also give you some momentum to be more active on the off days.

That’s the issue with online fitness information. They are happy to give you the formula – take in less calories, exercise more, sleep better. You’ve heard it a thousand times. If the formula is the only thing we need, why are so many people still not getting results?

That brings us to step 2.

Step 2: Have a plan that increases your chances of staying consistent

Action steps will look different from person to person, which is why most fitness information is flawed. It just serves up generic information designed to get more clicks. You need a real plan with daily and weekly steps that work for YOU.

You deserve a progression scheme that allows you to exercise regularly yet prevent injury. You need structured workouts that consider what you did yesterday, what you will do tomorrow, and what you’re going to do next month. Because it’s easy to want something, but much harder to actually do it.

One way to stay consistent is to get a coach who sits down with you, discuss your barriers, and figure out how to help. (choose us! Get started with your free one on one success session and trial week!). Which brings us to our final step…

Step 3: Get a real coach

The main reason most gyms fail is because the relationship is doomed before it even starts. You know the one – a person in a suit waking you around, showing equipment, and then asking you to sign on for life. And when (if) you do sign, they won’t provide any advice or direction unless you pay an arm and a leg on top of a membership. A membership that, by the way, you won’t use because no one is there to hold you accountable.

it’s why we always take it slow when building relationships with our members. It has to be the perfect fit since we are a coaching program with real, group personal training.

Our team helps you identify your:

  • goals

  • exercise history

  • injury history

  • budget for training

  • schedule

  • preference of group size

…..basically anything to help you get results. We schedule a 5 min call to give you an overview of what to expect in regards to cost, and we fully explain our programs. We are not going to let someone start a program they can’t finish. We will always make sure you benefit and see value in what we are doing. In some cases, that even means referring people out if they aren’t a fit for our community.

The final (and another first) step

With a free one-on-one success session, we talk over your goals, and you get to see the place. Then you get a free trial that is in no way attached to a contract. A coaching program has to be a perfect fit for both sides. If you are current member forward this email over to a friend who needs a lifestyle change. If you are thinking about RPT, take action today!

Plus we make it fun!  It’s definitely not the boring treadmill and exercise machines workout (which is another reason people fail to stay on their plans). So we aren’t going to claim to be “the best gym in the world” , but at least we won’t lie to you and say that we invented exercises that will burn 300 million calories post-workout.

Instead, we’ll get you Results
