Is there something in your life that you used to do – something you really enjoyed and that was serving you – that you stopped doing?

Maybe it was following a certain training program or belonging to a fitness community where you were getting great results and developing relationships that were adding value to your life.

Maybe it was a hobby that used to give you pleasure and satisfaction, but at some point started to feel like an obligation.

It could’ve been taking the time to read or journal.

Whatever it is, ask yourself, “Why’d I stop?”

If it was something you enjoyed – and something that made your life better – then chances are almost 100 percent that you stopped because of a limiting belief.

“Every time I join a gym I quit.”

“Every time I lose weight, I gain it back.”

“I don’t have time to exercise, there are too m any things on my plate that are more important.”

So if you’ve stopped doing something you love, examine the underlying beliefs. And if you want it back in your life, make a new decision. This thing that you want and need in your life will be more likely to stick around this time.

We have a new program that will make strength training simple in 3 to 5 sessions. You will get a program designed specifically for you. Your goals, busy schedule, previous injuries,  equipment you have access to, everything. 

We make sure your technique is perfect and you can even video your trainer with your phone as they take you through your program! We make sure you have a program you can use for life! 

Our goal is to make you independent, not dependent, on us. Of course we will add enough value with this program so you end up coming back to us at some point :) 

This is NOT for our circuit training style sessions! We do this program in our 1 on 1, or in some cases,  our semi private style training.
