A new month is knocking on the door, and that means summer is right around the corner.

That means outdoor activities and maybe even slipping into your bathing suit and heading to the beach or pool.

If that’s something you dread because your spring didn’t go as planned when it comes to your exercise and nutrition, it’s not too late to fix it.

It’s never, really, too late.

One of my favorite questions is, “When is the best time to start an exercise routine?”

The best answer is, “Twenty years ago.”

The second-best answer is, “Today.”

Just start today! Do not wait until life calms down, until you are less busy. That never happens. 

I wish I could tell you we could snap our fingers and make washboard abs instantly appear. But that is NOT the case. It takes time and effort. 

If you’re not thrilled with how you look or feel, you can’t snap your fingers and change it today.

But you can drink more water today.

You can do a few exercises today. It doesn’t have to be a triathlon … a few squats, planks and push-ups would be a great start. Something is better than nothing!

You can get protein and veggies with your next meal … and snack on fruit in between meals.

So no, you can’t lose 10 pounds today … but you can take a small step or action that will lead to the body and health that you want.

We have a new program that will make strength training simple in 3 to 5 sessions. You will get a program designed specifically for you. Your goals, busy schedule, previous injuries,  equipment you have access to, everything. 

We make sure your technique is perfect and you can even video your trainer with your phone as they take you through your program! We make sure you have a program you can use for life! 

Our goal is to make you independent, not dependent, on us. Of course we will add enough value with this program so you end up coming back to us at some point :) 

This is NOT for our circuit training style sessions! We do this program in our 1 on 1, or in some cases,  our semi private style training.
