Individualized Sports Performance Package for Athletes

Results Performance offers training for both individual athletes and teams.  Whether you coach junior high school or college, we can provide you with a custom training package to improve performance and reduce injuries.  We also offer one-on-one training to high school, college and professional athletes to give them the edge they need.

Our one-on-one program for individual athletes has a focus on:

Team Training Package

This is a program to train multiple members of a sports team.  The program includes dynamic warm-up and and mobility training, which is done differently for each sport to prevent injuries from occurring.  It also includes strength training, sports specific conditioning, flexibility, power development, and specific programs designed for specific positions on the team.

Also included in the Team Training Package:

  • Equipment suggestions
  • Modifications to gyms or open training space
  • Setting up lift times
  • Modifications for multi-sport athletes
  • Video and technique analysis
  • Progress tracking forms
  • Consultation throughout the duration of the program
  • Easy to implement nutrition advice for high school athletes

How Results Performance is Different from Most Trainers

Detric Smith brings a wealth of fitness knowledge to every program, which will improve athletic performance, and reduce the possibility of injury.  With experience coaching high school football and track, Smith holds an Exercise Science Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.  He is a USA Weightlifting Club coach, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  In addition to being certified as a personal trainer through NSCA, Smith is certified as a health and fitness instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine.
