We are open from 430AM to 830PM Monday through Saturday (by appointment) for our free success sessions, personal training, and group training services. Below are the times for group training and then personal training/semi private training can be scheduled whenever works for you!

5:45 to 6:30 AM – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

6:30 to 7:15 AM- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:15 to 8:00 AM – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

9:30 to 10:15 AM – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

4:30 to 5:15 PM – Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

5:30 to 6:15 PM – Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

6:30 to 7:15 PM – Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

7:00 to 7:45 AM – Saturday

8:00 to 8:45 AM – Saturday

We make sure you are able to keep up with our sessions! We have a Success session before you get started so we can help you find your starting point. We also have a red light green light system that will tell you what exercises are not safe for you. The majority of people choose us because they don’t fit in at a typical commercial gym. Because they don’t fit in with extreme workout programs. They need the extra attention and accountability that we provide.

If I am advanced will the workouts be hard enough for me?2017-11-27T11:13:11+00:00

We have a level system in place to keep you progressing even if you have been coming for years! Your exercises will be more advanced and then we can also progress you by using more weight on certain exercises after you have mastered the basics.

How is group personal training different from personal training?2017-11-27T11:13:26+00:00

The personal training sessions are written from scratch for your specific needs. The group personal training (average of 8 to 14 members) has levels in place after we take an initial assessment. We then have services such partner (2 people) and semi -private (3 to 6). The price is lower the more people you partner up with . At the free success session we are able to make recommendations based on your goals such as transformation, active ageing, or sports performance.

You get out what you put in! We have members who are down 50, 70, and over 100lbs! They all mention having more energy, feeling better, and being able to do everyday activities easier right away! We help you build habits that last a lifetime compared to fads where you put the weight back on.

For no extra charge we have programs that assist you with making healthy choices. We don’t believe in fad diets or selling useless supplements.
