Strength training improves your metabolism. The key is being able to burn more calories during the other 23 hours of the day when you are not working out.
Find the best cardio for your body type
Everyone is different when it comes to cardio. Choose the wrong option and you will just end up injured.

Look at the big picture

I have seen people eat “healthy” and put on a lot of weight when they are not trying to. I have seen people fall for the no carb, carnivore, eat once, or eat 8 small meals per day madness.
Stop planning best case scenario
Most of you are able to get results when life is going perfect. That is about 3 and half weeks out of the year. You need a plan, back up plan, and the ability to adapt during the tough times. Having a personal trainer for accountability helps!
Stay away from bad information !
There is too much information out there. Most of it’s horrible information that will have you hopping around between programs.
Research your sources. When looking for trainers, research the best certifications and experience level. Stay away from the influencers with a million followers that have no clue how to safely get you results.
