I work with a lot of people who hate contracts! We have a lot of people with busy schedules that do not want to pay for time they are not able to use.

Here are a few tips to get results without a gym membership…..

Home workouts with our  program design package – 

Nothing is more convenient than rolling out of bed and getting your workout in! This usually only works for those who are already motivated. A lot of you need the accountability of a trainer along with a time and a place to go!

We have a program design package that helps if you hate the idea of being locked into a gym membership. We have occasional meetings at the studio where we go over your specific plan. We make sure your technique is good, go over your program ,and have accountability check-ins!

Take advantage of our punch passes 

If you hate the idea of contracts try out our punch passes! We have punch pass options for our group training. We also have pay per session options for groups.

For personal training, we have options to pay per session or packs of 5 to 10. We are not like the places that put pressure on you to get them in during a certain time period. Works well for those who need the occasional check in.

Accountability sessions 

We do a great job of holding you accountable with all of our services! Accountability is a major factor when it comes to getting results. Even if you workout at home or another gym, our check ins can help!

Occasional Personal Training while working out another gym

We have clients who come to us for occasional personal training while belonging to other gyms. They tell us what they have access to and we design the program for them. Perfect for those who travel a lot and need some confidence to use the free weights.

Virtual and online coaching 

Workout from your home or hotel room with our virtual and online coaching services! Ask us about this if you are not local to the Williamsburg area!

Let us design your home gym! 

It does not take much equipment  to have an effective home gym! Our advice is included with our program design packages and personal training services!

Budget concerns? 

We understand long term personal training is not in everyone’s budget. We can teach you the fundamentals and build a solid routine with limited sessions. It does not take long. It’s not as complicated as the influencers will make it seem!
