Is group or personal training better?
I get this question a lot. Today, I plan to break down the positives and negatives of group and personal training.
We have 4 services…
1 on 1 – you work with a trainer 1 1 who will design a program specific to your needs. We have sessions that last 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and an hour. We give you options to pay session to session, 5 pack, or 10 pack.
Small Group/Semi-private groups of 2 to 5 people – This is the perfect fit for those who want personal training but enjoy the camaraderie of a group. A program is written directly for you within the group. Options to pay session to session for this service with no contracts.
Group Personal training
This is a fun and challenging circuit training workout with modifications for ANY fitness level. Yes, any fitness level! A lot of places say all fitness levels, and then you arrive to see 50 twenty-year-olds jumping on a box and doing extreme exercises! And they expect you to do this on day one?!
You will improve strength, mobility, and flexibility, and get your cardio in during this 45-minute session! Options such as month-to-month, unlimited sessions, contracts, punch passes, etc. We usually have around 5 to 12 people in our groups.
