It’s important to get your information from quality sources!

Yes, there are some quality youtube channels, IG pages, and books out there. But most of you have no idea how to assess the quality of the information. This can get you in a lot of trouble. It can waste a lot of time. It will cause injuries with your exercise routine.

Most people do not take the time to research the credentials and experience of their trainers. They let some good looking persuasive model convince them into doing stupid stuff. Then wonder why they are hurt and get no results. The number of followers they have means nothing at all. So much terrible information out there. Do your research!

Picking up a random exercise routine on IG, youtube, or google rarely works out well. It might work every once in a while for the 20 year old with no injuries. But even they are probably creating bad habits.

I can accomplish more in one session with you than 200 youtube videos. I will keep you safe. You will get faster results.

I had someone come to me with a program they were doing off youtube. I had to applaud their effort. The program was causing more harm than good. Getting coached by a professional who will hold you accountable will lead to faster results.

For example, I can look at someone squat and see a million things going on. A video will not be able to do that. An unqualified trainer will not be able to do that.  That information from assessing you allows me to create an overall program that works for you. It will save you time. It will speed up results. It will  SAVE you money over the long haul.
